Michael Anderson Joins Take Note Troupe Full Time

We are thrilled to announce that Michael Anderson, a proud TNT alumnus (check out those photos from some of his performances with TNT), is stepping into the role of full-time Program Director at Take Note Troupe!

Anderson has been with us part-time for the past year and a half, wearing many hats as an improv coach, assistant director, co-director, and director of multiple shows. Most recently, he led our teams to an impressive 2nd place overall at the Utah Shakespeare Festival’s High School competition!

In his new role, Anderson will oversee our classes, coaches, theatrical productions, and improv program, all while continuing to grow our organization and spread the joy of Play Theory.

“Michael Anderson is the perfect candidate for this position, with his foundation grounded in Play Theory, his passion for working with teens and youth, and his mad collaboration skills. We are so grateful to have him lead and represent our organization,” Michal Thomas, Director of Development, said.

Anderson will work closely with the Operations Board and under the direction of the Governing Board to help further Take Note Troupe’s mission to change the world by teaching positive paradigms that cultivate generosity and joy to encourage validation of self and others on stage and off. TNT produces family friendly principle-based productions and Play Theory workshops. TNT provides an uplifting environment with positive peer interaction where participants gain confidence, discover talents, develop leadership skills and provide service in their community.
