EXTRA! EXTRA! Read All About It: Take Note Troupe Fall Newsies Performances

Ticket sales are just around the corner for Disney’s Newsies performances this fall by Take Note Troupe. The musical is a dynamic adaptation of the 1992 Disney film, set in New York City at the turn of the 20th century. The story follows Jack Kelly, a charismatic newsboy and leader of a group of teenage “newsies,” who dream of a better life away from the hardships of street life. When newspaper tycoon Joseph Pulitzer raises the prices that newsies must pay for papers, Jack and his fellow newsies rally together to strike, fighting for fair treatment and the right to be heard. The show is filled with energetic dance numbers, powerful performances, and a compelling message about justice and solidarity. Take Note Troupe brings a fresh and passionate energy to this beloved tale, capturing the spirit of youth and the power of standing up for what’s right.

Performances are November 15th, 16th, 21st, 22nd, and 23rd at the Take Note Troupe Studio theater. Tickets go on sale October 18th at 9am!

Newsies Take Note Troupe Poster Released
