Wrestling & Play Theory Workshop with Coach Jason Gomez

Come learn and try out some wrestling moves with Coach Jason Gomez! His coaching experience includes Assistant Coach at Sierra College and UFC Gym Director of Development and Wrestling Coach in addition to many years coaching all ages elementary through college. As an athlete, he Took 3rd and 5th place in the USA Wrestling Masters Nationals Placer and was a CIF State Qualifier twice.
We’ll learn some new skills and see how Play Theory helps us along the way in this workshop for ages 12-18.
