Mindfulness, Movement, & Meditation with Play Theory for Junior High – Winter

    $200.00

    Play Theory in Application.

In our world, the rapid pace of information and communication can be stimulating and exciting. And, there is benefit from stepping away from that pace, calming anxiety and taking a break from negative thoughts. There is value in making space for looking and listening to the inner workings of your mind and your heart.

Join this class if you want to develop an inner awareness, discover an inner voice – an inner place where quiet exists, just waiting to be visited and explored. This is meditation from a whole new angle; busy minds are welcome.

You will explore the inner workings of who you really are deep down. This personal discovery is only available to the earnest seeker. So, if “earnest seeker” describes you, then join us as we probe a personal side of the Play Theory principles. Along the way you will learn more about your breath, your movement, your thoughts, your feelings – you will learn more about the  unique, amazing person you are.

A 30 minute interview and observation meeting with each student will greatly enrich the potential of this class. It is optional, no extra fee, and highly encouraged. Once registered, please email Jaynie @ [email protected] to schedule. Ideally this is completed at least a week prior to the first class.
