Shakespeare FUN-tensive PLUS!- Freshmen and Beyond!
This workshop is a unique opportunity to study The Bard with a college professor and Shakespeare expert, Kerry Glamsh. Learn about the history and culture of Shakespeare’s time, get comfortable with Shakespearean language, and prepare scenes from one of his works. You’ll work on acting as well, including diction, projection, physicality, and more. PLAY THEORY will also be taught and practiced, as participants learn or strengthen their skills to collaborate and lift others. This workshop will prepare you to audition for future TNT Shakespeare productions. There will be a recital performance at the end of the semester and we hope to take the performance out to the community in a few Assisted Living Centers.
