PLAY THEORY in Performance – A Kidsummer Night’s Dream
Join the cast of A Kidsummer Night’s Dream as we prepare an adaptation of one of Shakespeare’s most beloved comedies.
PLAY THEORY principles of Be Present, Let Go and Play, Say Yes And, and Look Outward will be taught, reinforced, and applied in all rehearsals and performances. PLAY THEORY helps individuals cultivate generosity and joy as they seek to look outward and lift those around them. We infuse it in all of our program offerings at TNT.
This production will have an adult director and several youth assistants who are applying their years of PLAY THEORY experience. This learning by leading and teaching model is an integral part of TNT. You will find these youth to be excellent role models for your children, and that they bring a level of energy, enthusiasm and positivity that is contagious.
All who enroll (up to our class limit) will be allowed to audition for parts and will be cast in the show. We encourage you to talk with your children and embrace the learning opportunities that come with being cast in a production, reinforcing the ideas that we often aren’t given the role we had hoped for. At TNT, we teach that each member of the cast works together to bless and serve the audience, and that each role is important as we tell our story.
This is a recital show. Performances will be held at our rehearsal space 4357 Pacific St. Rocklin and will be ticketed.
A Kidsummer Night’s Dream is a full length musical adaptaption of Shakespeare’s original Midsummers Night Deram.
The class is no longer open for enrollment.
Come enjoy the performances: May 8, 9 & 11.
