PLAY THEORY in Performance: Improv for High School
12 week course where participants are introduced to PLAY THEORY and Improv and work on building greater technique through the application of Play Theory. This course can be repeated as many times as desired; skill builds as experience accumulates. This class fulfills the prerequisite for performing in TNT high school productions.
This class will be led by On The Spot members. They will apply the PLAY THEORY principles of Be Present, Let Go and Play, Say Yes And, and Look Outward in all classes. PLAY THEORY helps individuals cultivate generosity and joy as they seek to look outward and lift those around them. We infuse it in all of our program offerings at TNT. Years of PLAY THEORY experience by the youth assistants makes them excellent role models, and they bring a level of energy, enthusiasm and positivity to the classes that is contagious.
Come learn and practice the fundamental principles and skills of TNT and apply them to Improv. This class is for all levels of high school improvisors. It will include a show for parents at the end of the semester.
